As the United Kingdom was coming out of Covid-19 lockdown, a heartburning desire of the founder was to create a concept at the back of very popular West African Dish (JOLLOF). The Food ‘war’ of the ever-famous West African Delicacy (JOLLOF) has now been settled by making its unique taste, hint of spice, and its aromatic smell come together in a perfect harmony of a Republic; and that is what this new concept is all about.  

The business started in June 2022 from the kitchen of the founder who had had a decade’s worth of experience managing different multinational QSRs (Fast Food Restaurants). The experiences acquired over the years were then transferred into developing a takeaway from home with the support of the wife who also had a few years’ experience in same industry. By the GRACE OF GOD and upon a successful launch on a delivery platform, the business became quite popular among its targeted customers, and went unto the high streets a few months later.
